The Wow Safari Park in Peaugres
The Peaugres Safari Park is the largest animal park in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It is home to over 1,000 animals of various species that you can observe during a drive-through and walking tour. Discover this wild escape, just a 5-minute drive from the cottages.

In the green Ardèche region, the village of Peaugres is located near numerous places for walking and hiking. - Lake Devesset and its leisure center, where you can enjoy numerous activities including catamaran sailing, dinghy sailing, and windsurfing. (1 hour journey)
- The Saint-Pierre-de-Bœuf Whitewater Centre, where rafting, whitewater swimming, kayaking and canoeing are offered on its artificial river. (25-minute journey)
Between sky and rail: the Hot Air Balloon and the Mastrou
A historic activity in the region, the hot air balloon and the Mastrou will take you on a journey through the air, on the rails and through time:
- The Annonay basin is the birthplace of the hot air balloon, the first aircraft in history. You will find several activities celebrating this heritage.
- The Mastrou is a steam train that travels through the Ardèche hills, between Saint Jean de Muzols and Lamastre.
